Teddy Nissan and Teddy Volkswagen is looking to add an Ecommerce Manager to their Nissan and Volkswagen Parts Departments.

Ecommerce Specialist - Automotive Parts

Reporting to the Parts Director, this position is responsible for running all aspects of the day to day Ecommerce operations for the parts department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Amazon US, Canada, and Mexico Seller Accounts, eBay store, and two websites powered by Simplepart.
• Creation and maintenance of listings on Amazon and eBay.
• Customer Service via phone and Email for all sales channels.
• Responsible for ensuring all orders are picked, processed, and packaged.
• Adjusting and maintaining pricing.
• Reviewing feedback on all channels daily.
• Creating reporting based on the needs of management.
• Maintaining and ordering of shipping supplies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Ecommerce experience (Especially marketplaces)
• Familiarity with third party software (ShipStation, Channelmax, FeedbackFive)
• Self-starter and autonomous.
• Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• E-commerce: 2 years (Required)
