Flokel Enterprises is a multi-channel ecommerce company established in 2004.

We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic e-commerce associate.
Some of the tasks will be:
- Process orders and create shipments using Shipworks.
- Provide customer support via email.
- Process orders returns daily.
- Create online product listings.

Responsibilities:
Customer support.
Order processing and label printing.
Online listing creation (write accurate product descriptions, verify item details and pricing).
Basic image editing.
Process returns of merchandise originally sold via e-commerce.
Work with e-commerce manager to develop and implement automated processes.
Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor.

Essential Functions:
Knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Image software (Adobe Photoshop), Internet Browsers.
Good at administrative tasks.
Good writing skills.
Ability to work 40 hours a week.
Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment

Company pays weekly via direct deposit.
Job Type: Full-time
Required experience in e-commerce: 1 year
Pay based on experience.
Starting at: $19.00/hour.
Location: Hallandale Beach, Florida.
