The Director of Analytics, Reimbursement and Billing reports to the Senior Management/Executive overseeing Billing and Reimbursement functions. The individual in this position will lead a team of professional Analysts responsible for analyzing internal billing and payment data to identify trends in reimbursement at national, regional and territory level.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops regular reporting and analysis, including key metric reports
- Modeling and analysis to support the development of long-term strategic initiatives and business plans
- Provides coaching, guidance, and support to a team of analysts by setting professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential through the Performance Management process
- Ensures the team delivers the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and cross foundation teamwork
- Drive analytics to identify efficiency opportunities, mitigate potential risks or issues, monitor service delivery activity.
- Make recommendations and decisions in the best interest of the company.
- Support a positive, constructive, collaborative and progressive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS required. MS degree a plus.
- 8+ years experience in companies with revenue in excess of $100m.
- Demonstrated success implementing compliance programs.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
