Endemol Shine North America seeks a Director, Digital & Social Media to lead the digital and social media efforts for the company. This role oversees the team responsible for developing, executing and analyzing digital and social media initiatives across Endemol Shine and subsidiary-produced series (current and catalogue), working in close partnership with various internal, network and platform partners. Position is based in North Hollywood.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital and social media team at ESNA, oversee one direct report
• Identify new opportunities and manage existing digital monetization strategy and content calendar across ESNA’s vast content library
• Develop, pitch and execute best-in-class content and initiatives, social partnerships with platforms and vendors, and collaborations with talent aimed at growing and engaging digital and social audiences around each of ESNA’s series
• Collaborate closely with various broadcast, cable and streaming partners on series’ launch and sustain efforts
• Work cross-functionally with virtually all ESNA departments including: PR & Marketing, Research, Development, Current Programming, Production, Licensing, Banijay Rights
• Liaise with key talent, guest stars and contestants to provide social media guidelines and best practices
• Build and maintain talent/contestant relationships; develop and distribute socially optimized content for their channels to support our shows
• Oversee social media analytics and regular reporting across current programming and monetization efforts
• Track and report out various social media insights to empower Development team in creating new series
• Provide social support for the digital & licensing teams’ key initiatives
• Manage the company’s corporate/B2B social media accounts, strategy and content calendar

Skills & Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years in digital content or social media experience
• Experience at a digital platform, TV network, production company or agency required
• Strong team leader and experience directly managing and growing a team
• Excellent communication skills to internal and external partners
• Experience in the digital monetization (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Familiarity with paid social media campaigns
• Experience with photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop), basic graphic design, and/or video editing software (e.g. Premiere) preferred but not required
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and stays on top of deadlines
• Strong time management and organizational skill
• Self-motivated and proactive; team player

Position Compensation

At Endemolshine North America, we understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits program and offer a competitive package
including paid time off and 401k plan, with a salary range between $100,000 -$125,000 depending on experience.

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
