Director – Behavioral Health

Relocation Package Available if Needed

Seeking a Nurse to be the Director over the 19-bed inpatient Adult Psychiatry Unit in the St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, AR. This unit will be moving to a beautiful brand new state-of-the-art building and expanding to 24 beds.

Russellville is 28 minutes from Clarksville; 29 minutes from Morrilton; and 44 minutes from Conway, AR.

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the overall administration of patient care for the Psychiatric unit.

Responsibilities include:

1) The development and maintenance of a high-quality treatment program

2) The development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations program

3) Strategic planning, program administration, and development

Requirements:

• Requires BSN or MSN (MSN preferred).
• Must have at least 3 years experience managing an acute care inpatient psychiatric program in a hospital setting; or strong clinical acute care inpatient psychiatric experience and other management experience.
• Must have acute care inpatient behavioral health experience.

License/Certification:
