URGENT HIRING NEED!

Do you have a passion for working with adults in the IDD community? The role of Direct Care Professional is a full-time position that gives you the opportunity to do just that. We are currently hiring TWO evening shift Direct Care Professionals (3:30 pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday).

We offer competitive pay and insurance coverage is available for full-time employees after 60 days, in addition to a $500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment.

Our 5 group homes each house up to 6 adults in the IDD community. Responsibilities include (not limited to):

- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)

- Meal prep and serving/following menu and dietary requirements

- Assist clients with chores/cleaning

- Medication administration/First Aid

- Help clients with training goals

- Transport clients to activities/appts

(Background checks are required. You must have a valid TX Drivers License)

We have 4 homes in the North Fort Worth/Keller area, and one home in Godley. We operate 24/7/365. 2 years of experience in the IDD field and/or CNA license is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
