We're looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate should possess experience in the dental field - or will be willing to learn and be trained by our staff. The employee will be responsible for answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative responsibilities. The right candidate will be detail oriented, extremely organized, and always ready to help out with whatever is needed. Some dental assisting duties will also be learned during training and the candidate will be asked to help sterilize dental instruments and help setup dental operatories for patient use.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Answering customer questions and scheduling appointments.
• Perform office duties as assigned.
• Answer patient questions, schedule appointments.
• Sterilize dental instruments and setup dental operatories
• Address patient concerns and needs.
• Answer phones and direct calls.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Astoria, NY 11103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
