We are looking for an experienced Data Process Manager / Program Manager with demonstrated experience supporting DoD requirements to join our growing team in Joint Base Anacostia Bowling in Washington, DC.

As a Data Process Manager / Program Manager you will:

• Perform a variety of management support activities involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of systems engineering .
• Manage contract requirements providing planning and execution expertise.
• Support IT and engineering systems development and introduction of new capabilities.
• Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.

A week in the life of a Data Process Manager / Program Manager:

• Translates user requirements into IT solutions.
• Documents and recommends improvements to business processes.
• Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
• Coordinates projects; develops a system for data collection, reporting criteria, and records.
• Report technical progress, accomplishments, risks, cost expenditures, and expenditure planning information.
• Research and compiles statistics and data for projects.
• Monitors the project’s timeline; tracks document submissions; and creates, monitors, and maintains audit files.
• Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks.
• Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field such as systems engineering, information systems or management plus eight (8) years' of experience supporting DoD projects/programs in a technical or management role; or
• Master's degree three (3) years of experience supporting DoD projects/programs in a technical or management role.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is a must.
• Prior experience in translating user requirements into IT solutions and troubleshooting standard IT problems
• Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level I Certification (i.e. CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE)
