Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Data Analyst- Sales and Service Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

· Establish and validate data quality rules; including the development of data governance policies and procedures as well as establishing accountability measures

· Identify and help resolve data quality issues by completing audits, identifying data inconsistencies, identifying user gaps and training needs, and collaborating with partners

· Define data security requirements and own security functions including user audits, profile/permission audits, and validate in place security measures

· Promote the use of accepted data definitions, common reference data, and sound data usage practices through clear field help text and definitions and field mapping and data profile documentation exercises

· Provide scheduled and adhoc data analysis including win/loss reporting and insights, Salesforce case queue analysis, and proactively use available technologies to mine complex and voluminous data within Salesforce and serve up insights

· Provide data related project support including understanding new technologies impact to existing and future Salesforce, developing Salesforce business rules, and vetting any data related Salesforce updates

· Develop well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks, streamlined approaches, and appropriate automations to drive Salesforce utilization and efficiency

· Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Relevant Work Experience:

· 4+ years’ experience

· Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department

· Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.

· Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Education and/or Training:

· Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline or equivalent work experience

· Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus

· Knowledge or experience working with customer relationship management tools, business intelligence applications, and data visualization tools are preferred but not required

· Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
