International Centre for Diffraction Data is a small non-profit scientific organization located in Newtown Square.

We have an opening for a Customer Support Coordinator. The position requires an individual who is detail oriented, accurate, extremely organized, and has the ability to multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be comfortable with redundant work, as well as, day-to-day variety. Order entry skills and knowledge of Word and Excel are mandatory. Responsibilities include maintaining all customer information, all aspects of order entry including assistance with policy, pricing and product selection, as well as, preparing quotes, confirming, processing, and preparing shipping paperwork for orders and the follow through to invoicing. The position requires at least a high school diploma and relative job experience. An applicant with some college coursework will have a competitive edge in the job market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
