Customer Service Representative

$18-$20/hour

Do you enjoy providing best-in-class customer service? Our client in Youngsville, NC is seeking someone who can guide customers through the products and help them place orders as well as create support cases for other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in your personal office where you can focus and assist customers
• Communicating with customers through email or chat, over the phone or on social media
• Guide customers through products, confirm fitments, and help create support tickets
• Assist other departments as needed
• Multi-task through different programs
• Multi-task typing and talking

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities - 4 Year Degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
• Attentiveness and patience
• Time-management skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent Data Entry Skills
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
