Full Job Description Pavestone LLC, manufacturer of concrete paver products for commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customers is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative for its' Pedricktown, NJ facility.
Responsibilities include but not limed to:

- Order processing.
- Greet all walk-in customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Assist with data entry and filing.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Job Requirements The successful candidate must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office computer skills including Word and Excel.
- Organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail is very important.
- Must be able to work with others with limited supervision and be able to take direction in an office environment with ever-changing demands.
- Energetic customer service personality.
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume taking each call as though it was the first call of the day.
