This job is 100% remote for the right candidate in North Texas.

Wade Hunt Insurance has an immediate opening for a CSR to provide multi-faceted agent support. The agency is located in Denton, TX and has served Denton and North Texas since 1994. We specialize in helping people manage risks of everyday life and protect what matters most from the unexpected. We offer a wide range of products including:

• Auto Insurance
• Homeowner's Insurance
• Life Insurance
• Business Insurance
• Renter’s Insurance
• Specialty Insurance (Umbrella, Boat, Motorcycle, and RV)

CSR Responsibilities include:

• Help service existing book of accounts via computer entry
• Upgrade, improve, and round out all current accounts
• Maintains a thorough account file on all customers including proper filing
• Determine where to quote and place new business

CSR Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities and work in a team-centric environment
• Effectively interact and deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Agency
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with little direct supervision
• Ability to provide superior customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in computer applications'
• Valid Texas P&C license preferred

'Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries

• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
