UltraSabers, the leaders in custom combat lightsabers, is hiring! We are looking for highly motivated, fast learners to help us tend to our customers via email, telephone and live chat.

You will be paid $12 per hour for your first 2 weeks of training. After completing training you will be paid $15 an hour. Only full time positions available and you will be required to work 40 hours per week. Future promotions given based on performance.

First and foremost, every applicant will be expected to know our product. Visit www.ultrasabers.com and www.saberforum.com and familiarize yourself with what we do. Any applicant that can't tell the interviewer how to order a UltraProffie equipped saber from our website or can't tell the interviewer what soundboards we put into our sabers will not be interviewed further and will not be considered for the position. We expect you to come to the interview fully able to navigate the website and familiar enough with it to be able to walk a stranger through an entire purchase on the website. Please take the time to learn the product and the website before coming in for your interview. We will NOT take be taking excuses in lieu of product knowledge. If don't know the product and the website during the interview, your interview will be terminated and you will not be considered for the position.

Additionally, the majority of our customer service is done via email. You will be asked to provide a writing sample on site during the interview. We expect this writing sample to be grammatically correct and we expect it to be written in a professional and courteous manner. All applicants are expected to be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Help customers with account information, basic ordering, delivery and product questions
• Research website and forums to provide complete and accurate information to our customers

• Availability to work on weekends is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to multitask

• Computer savvy, detail oriented, data-driven
• Ability to work with frustrated customers and be able to effectively handle this type of call
• Flexible scheduling available
