Position Type: Customer Service Rep/Sales Assistant | Remote Position

Location: Phoenix AZ

Room Solutions is HIRING! We currently have openings for Customer Service Liaison in Puerto Vallarta. In this position you will be responsible for handling outgoing and incoming calls to provide positive client relations and ensure client satisfaction. You must also implement internal procedures and supervise technology updates to ensure all information records are organized for proper networking among employees and customers.

As a detail-oriented communicator, the main focus of this position is to support a variety of phone and email inquiries, including account status to review of travel plans and itineraries, and other documentation.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison and advocate for our clients.
• Issues sometimes arise when traveling. This position helps resolve any problems with travel or hotel accommodations by using company resolution protocol and communicating with all relevant parties.
• Verify itineraries, coordinate payments, and document issues.
• Multitasking - juggle multiple planning projects at one time and can take calls while simultaneously typing an email or filling out travel documents. Properly organizing information and making sure bills and receipts are correctly processed is also essential.
• Look for opportunities to expand our business.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required - College degree and/or travel industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Critical Thinking
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Reliable internet
• Mobile Phone
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Inside sales experience helpful
• Experience handling delayed or canceled airline flights helpful.

Compensation: Base salary plus generous commission package.
