Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales

Anticipated Pay Range: $21-$29/HR DOE

What other skills do you have?

• Multi-tasking skills: you can maintain situational awareness of what’s going on around you as well as take care of your customers.
• Relationship building: Your customers will come to know you and respect your knowledge and advice. Small or large – relationships matter most.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, though if you are not, we will happily teach you.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of AS400 is a plus!

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the operations team by processing sales contracts.
• Answering direct incoming calls and sending them where they belong.
• Providing exceptional customer service and direction.
