In the context of significant interdependency among financial institutions and increasing use of technology, several European regulators are adopting a broader approach to operational resilience, that is the ability to deliver critical operations through disruption. Operational resilience is a new discipline that leverages on different practices (e.g., Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity, ICT incident management) and is characterized by the focus on preventing disruptions, rather just than on reacting to these.
UniCredit Group has started an initiative for defining and implementing an Operational Resilience framework, which encompasses the Digital (i.e., ICT and Cyber) capabilities to ensure resilience of critical and important functions.
You will be part of an international, dynamic, engaged and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to find your path and be proactive in your learning.
The candidate will:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of an overarching Operational Resilience Group framework, based on FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) Policy Statement PS21/3 and new released Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
- Provide support to the working group leading the DORA initiative
- Provide general support to the daily processes and activities related to the BCM lifecycle, where they enable synergies with the goals of operational resilience.
Requisiti
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills:
- University student attending a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree - at least enrolled in the 2nd year of Bachelor
- Solid academic track record
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Learning agility and analytical mindset
- Proven knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proactive attitude and team spirit
- Fluency in English.
