Positions

• Baker-$14 hourly (hiring 2-3)

Team Members are the foundation of our Crave Crew. We're looking for reliable team players that will mix, weigh, shape, decorate and bake our award-winning cookies!

• Quality and consistency are vital to the success of our brand. You must have a good work ethic and take pride in creating the best possible product for our customers.
• Attention to detail is an absolute must.
• Dependability is important. Crave consistency relies on our staff consistently showing up each morning. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements for Crave Crew:

• Production Standards: Employees must be able to keep pace with daily prep standards and expectations.
• Education / Experience: Every Crave Baker must obtain a food handlers permit.
• Language Ability: Ability to speak and understand English, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
• Math Ability: Perform necessary calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors. All recipes are weight based and basic math skills are often required to make on-the-fly adjustments.
• Physical Demands: Bakers may sometimes be required to lift up to 60 pound bags of flour / sugar. This position is moderately physically demanding and will require a lot of moving around the store.
• Baking Experience: No experience required. Baking experience welcome and eligible for increased compensation.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
