Reporting to the Manager of Continuous Improvement you will help implement the Connected Shop Floor applications at plants and Conagra Performance System (CPS) with Platform, Plant and CPS Leadership to drive sustainable processes and results. Connected Shop Floor responsibilities will include implementing Parsable, Microsoft Teams, Dashboards and Alerts, Yield Management system and other digital manufacturing systems. You will provide pillar education, training and creation of a continuous learning environment for assigned area.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery and design sessions for Dashboards & Alerts.
• Document functionality requirements for Dashboards & Alerts
• Test new functionality for Dashboards & Alerts
• Support the Line Event Data Systems software (OEE tracking system)
• Support other Connected Shop Floor Applications (Connected Worker, Yield)
• Train users in all the modules.
• Implement focused continuous improvement processes and metrics to identify, understand, and eliminate losses, increase throughput, and deliver savings targets.
• Work with the Plant to identify areas of waste / variation to help target and prioritize projects to reduce operating costs.
• Provide coaching for Plant resources necessary to help improve rapid results through technical problem solving and reliability improvement.
• Be a change agent for continuous improvement results achievement and glide path results.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 3+ years of plant / operations experience required
• 1 + years of plant continuous improvement experience
• Collaborative communication style; Communicate effectively with all levels of plant personnel
• Likes being in plants and close to operations
• Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Travel 75% to plant and corporate domestic locations
