Contractors Incorporated, a Crane Renovation Group Company, is a specialty building services company that provides capital, renovation and restoration projects to the multi-family housing industry. The company provides all types of maintenance and repair, including painting, roofing, carpentry, siding, and fire restoration. The company’s major customers include REITs and other well established owners of multi-family housing developments. The company has created a strong reputation in the market place for providing quality workmanship and reliability.

We are seeking a Service Technician, to be based in Hutto, TX. This position will report to the Service Manager. If you are able to perform the responsibilities, meet the qualifications, and are interested in learning more about a dynamic organization growing at a frenetic pace – This could be the opportunity for you!

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

• Five years in service department related to apartment/condo service.
• High degree of construction aptitude.
• Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned, to include shingle roof, flat roof or flashing repairs up to two stories high.
• Ability to diagnose problems and make the proper repairs.
• Manage and produce small contract installations.
• Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
