Objective: The Nu-Worx Foreman is responsible for implementing the project plan and strategy set forth by the management team. Foreman should mentor and provide leadership to all entry operating procedures. This includes training new personnel on essential job tasks, policies and operating procedures. The Foreman shall maintain a clean, safe and productive job site at all times. He/She shall elevate major impediments to the associated Superintendent to be resolved. Lastly, the Foreman shall ensure that all the work performed meets or exceeds industry company standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm Occasionally weekends

Reports to: Field Superintendent

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Verifying material and equipment at the start of a project

· Assist in managing Subcontractors

· Assist in maintaining project timelines and velocity

· Report project impediments to Field Superintendent immediately as discovered.

· Coordinate in requesting additional material as needed

· Coordinate heavy equipment (Crane, man lift, scissor life, boom truck)

· Assist in performing daily walk-throughs on active jobsites. Take responsibility for keeping sites tidy during construction. Schedule multiple inspections

· Ensure that field employees understand and follow necessary safety protocols

· Guide and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers. Assist trade contractors with tasks when necessary

· Make sure projects are built to quality standards. Strive for no punch list items at substantial completion

· Provide daily updates to Field Superintendent

· Assist in coordinating all other construction services and activities as might be required for efficiency and 100% customer satisfaction

· Ensure that all quality standards are met for each job site

· Interior and exterior renovations may require work to be done in extreme heat, cold, or humid conditions or harsh environments

· Occasionally be asked to perform other duties not listed above that are in the best interest of the company.

· Remain mindful and protective of confidential company information with regard to communication with any and all customers, vendors, outside parties as well as within the framework of the company. Confidentiality and discretion in key with regard to ALL office communication

Education Requirements and Qualifications: Associate’s degree with 2 years viable field experience; HS Diploma with 3-5 years viable field experience will be accepted in lieu of primary education standards.

Other Skills and Qualifications: Good interpersonal skills are necessary to build effective working relationships with employees, contractors, customers, and other company suppliers or vendors. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
