McDonald Collision is growing and needs assistance to process our claims at the level our customers have grown accustomed to! We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to become a part of our team.

Pay is $18.00 - $22.00/hr., based upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling repairs for customers
• Creating the Repair Order for new repairs
• Vehicle check-in, for repair
• Communication with Insurance Companies and Customers
• Assisting Estimators in all facets of a vehicle repair
• Finalizing insurance paperwork and billing
• Accounts Receivables

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must possess good customer skills along with a desire to advance.
• Good computer skills are important, as well.
• Background in collision repair and estimating software is preferred.
• We will train the right candidate!
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass pre-employment checks background and drug screenings.
