We’re looking for a talented, full-time CMA or LPN to work alongside five board-certified Dermatologists in our Burnsville, MN office. In addition to no weekends, call, or night shifts, we are the only Dermatology practice in the Twin Cities to offer the opportunity to add to your competitive base pay through cosmetic sales. Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with a current Medical Assistant Certification or a graduate from a Practical Nursing program with current licensure
• Proficient computer knowledge with the ability to learn the electronic record system
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and typing skills
• Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate with a passion for excellence in healthcare
• Dermatology experience preferred but not required

Job Duties:

• Patient intake interviews
• Assisting the physician with lasers, surgeries, and other medical procedures
• Blood draws
• Wound care and suture removals
• Accurately and efficiently documenting encounters
• Patient phone calls, triage, prior authorizations
• Other responsibilities as assigned
