Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Informatics Department Analysts. Evaluate their performance, provide training, hire as needed, and handle complaints.
• Lead the initiatives for process management and advanced strategic QA.
• Assign analysis work such as design evaluation plans, coordinate data collection across groups, and partner with analysts for reporting support.
• Communicate and monitor the need for compliance with polices and procedures.
• Conduct team meetings.

Qualifications needed:

• Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field as in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering/Physics, Accounting, or Computer Science. (Masters degree preferred)
• 10+years of experience in data analysis

OR

• a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Formal training in the techniques of CQI/TQM and statistical process control methodology IS REQUIRED.
• Extensive experience in the techniques of CQI/TQM and statistical process control methodology IS REQUIRED.
• Data analysis experience at a decision-making level.
• Healthcare organization/health insurer experience is STRONGLY preferred.
