Join us as a Change Manager based in Rochester, New York, United States of America (location is negotiable to Melbourne FL, Pittsburgh PA, or Long Island City NY).

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Director in identifying, creating, and presenting Scope changes to the various Project Teams and to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance, support, and proactively foster Changer Orders on Projects
• Improve visibility and prioritization of Change Orders Opportunities
• Feed the Tender Process with Return of Experience from Change Orders
• Lead / Support the Project Manager with Change Orders Estimates and Negotiations
• Become the gate keeper of the Change Order Guidelines
• Manage, track and report on Change Orders with adherence to the required submittal timelines
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills, and problem solving.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with 5+ years’ experience in Project, Engineering or Bids management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management / Engineering.
• Experience in the transportation industry, preferable signaling.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
