CDLA TRACTOR-TRAILER DRIVER NEEDED

Summary:

Lipman Family Farms of Hendersonville, NC is seeking Regional drivers to join the family and deliver produce with 53’ refrigerated trailers.

Because We Care About Our Drivers:

• Potential of 1 day per week layover
• 34 hour re-start break is taken at home
• Designated lanes to TN, NC, SC, VA, AL, GA
• NO touch freight

Base Compensation:

• $0.75 cents per mile or $1,500 Weekly (whichever is greater)
• $100.00 for every perfect roadside inspection
• $1000.00 Quarterly Safety Bonus – Potential for $5,000 annually
• OPTIONAL: paid driver unload program
• REFERRAL PROGRAM: $1,000 for the referee. $1,000 for the referral

Benefits Include:

• Paid Orientation (does not include travel/lodging)
• Vacation/PTO eligibility after 90 days
• Two weeks paid vacation after 1-year employment; 3 weeks after five years

Qualifications:

• Class A Driver’s License (Required)
• Tractor-trailer driving: 1 year minimum (preferred)
• Truck driving school graduate encouraged to apply
• Ability to be based out of Hendersonville, NC (required)
