Are you a caregiver looking for the next step in your career? This is the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a caring, motivated, and flexible person to be our Care Supervisor. The Care Supervisor will perform routine visits on all clients and maintain up to date care plans. Our senior clients live in their own homes, so you will be traveling between different houses and the office. Company car is available. When in the homes, you will be helping with care plan creation or updates, and training other caregivers. When in the office, you will be working on documentation and other administrative needs. The Care Supervisor will also provide feedback and act as a liaison between the clients and caregivers and office team.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Maintain a reassessment schedule for all current clients.
  • For new clients, meet the assigned caregiver at the client location to ensure the client gets started properly.
  • For new clients who do not have a primary caregiver assigned, start them on their first day of service.
  • Accept fill-in assignments as needed, during scheduled work hours only. This is for scheduled openings that cannot be filled and coverage is necessary.
  • Train new caregivers to client’s specific care plan. Follow up as necessary to ensure the care needs are being met safely and effectively.
  • Assist in the office team as necessary when not in the field. This may include scheduling, HR responsibilities, and general admin work.
  • Assist in quality control and caregiver support by doing site visits and caregiver skill evaluations to ensure the care plan is being met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year in a paid caregiver position.
  • Comfortable with all clients and all personal care tasks.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
