Job description
Quebrada Baking Company is looking for a cake decorator to add to our team.
Responsibilities include:
Finishing and decorating all cakes, cupcakes and pastries for guest pre-orders as well as for the stores.
Cake assembly with slicing, crumb coats and finishing to Quebrada specifications.
Be able to assist with cake production needs such as chocolate ganache, pastry cream and lemon curd.
Dropping and Baking cakes and cupcakes for production.
Help to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team!
***Please note this is not a seasonal position and we ask that all applicants commit to a minimum of 4 months!***
