General Description

Assess and analyzes how business works to help improve processes and systems. Support entire division with analytics to improve business need to deliver services and performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gathers, reviews and conduct analytical support and needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
  • Works as a liaison to define possible solutions to problems among stakeholders to obtain, analyze, communicate, validate requirements & specifications for modifications to business processes and applications to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Use tools, methods, and metrics to create and develop dashboards to identify opportunities, forecast changes and track improvements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate working sessions, record ongoing changes, applying knowledge, assist in the support and maintenance.
  • Ensure data standards are maintained when necessary and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and produce documentation in relation to the functional use.
  • A resource for requests, act as single point of contact, maintain and provide ongoing support to validate and verify accuracy of data for systems.
  • Assist in conducting audits to verify data allocation is accurate.
  • Identify and report any data inconsistencies and/or process gaps with technology tools.
  • Work independently or as a member or of small team to conduct rigorous, fact-based research and analysis; occasionally take responsibility for special projects from conception to completion, with guidance from senior leaders and write recommendations.
  • Using and contributing to knowledge base on how to.
  • Participating in SME work sessions to capture content and procedure.
  • Maintain (if any) policies, processes, procedures, guidelines, and workflows.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Information Systems.

Experience

At least two years related experience in business analysis or project coordination. Ability to use tools such as Excel (intermediate/advance), Power BI, Power Automate.

Additional Requirements

  • Experienced in the use of Office 365 tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Power BI, Teams among others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical skills required to translate conceptual thinking into possible project requirements.
  • Skills to prioritize work, manage time, and respond effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
  • A team player attitude with deep commitment to business results.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively.
