OUR BUSINESS

Pike Awning Company is a 132 year old, family-owned, Portland based awning company looking for the right person to join our amazing team. Pike is Oregon's premier awning and shade manufacture with a longstanding reputation of providing superb customer service, producing quality products, and giving respect to our staff and customers. We’re looking for someone with these same values to join us as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and receivables
• Track expenses, taxes, and other financial areas of the business
• Answer phone calls and assist customers coming into showroom
• General HR duties; including processing new hire paperwork, insurance admin, Monitor company licensing, insurance,
• Processing and monitoring payroll & track employee PTO
• Other various office administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in related field
• Proficient in Google suite, QuickBooks, and payroll
• Organized and high attention to detail

• Strong multi tasking and organization skills
• Able to work independently
