Assist the accounting department with daily functions as the Billing Clerk! This individual will support the accounting department through data compilation and entry, accuracy verification, and processing invoices. Pay ranges from $15 - $17/hour and includes benefits like weekly paychecks, health benefits, and more!

Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist

• Process invoices and verify accuracy other accounting documents or records
• Maintain and update acounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions
• Assist with any other accounting and administrative needs as necessary

Billing Specialist Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a financial environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel!)
• Possess the ability to work independently or cooperate within a team
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and within short deadlines
