We are seeking a bilingual call Center Representative to join our team in Rancho Cordova! you will have the opportunity to transition into a remote setting once onboarding and training successfully completed.

The training onboarding process will be in-office! With the possibility to work from home after 90 days with supervisor approval meeting and sustaining performance.

• The pay rate ranges: from$17.50-$21.50- will depend on experience
• Level 1 17.50 Level II 19.50 Level III$21.50
• Hours: 8-hour Day Shift Between the Hours of: 5:00am - 6:00pm
• Day Shift - No Evenings/No Nights
• Availability to work Monday through Sunday. Weekends are a requirement
• Direct hire opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Responsible for answering inbound customer phone calls related to the selling or donation of vehicles to Pick-n-Pull
• Interact with customers via phone and/or email to obtain necessary information to create a quote or enter/complete a vehicle purchase order for the sale or donation of vehicles following documented scripting and procedures.
• Interact with customers via phone and/or email to address inquiries and requests for information related to the sale or donation of vehicles.
• Respond to customer requests regarding Pick-n-Pull store information such as hours, days of operation, sales, etc.
• Respond to customer requests regarding specific vehicle parts pricing information and local store vehicle inventory information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, orother related fields is required
• Automotive Knowledge is preferred
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Sunday. Weekends (Saturday AND Sunday) are required
• Must have the ability to speak and write Spanish
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in a call center preferred
• Dependable attendance record with good work ethic
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Organized with attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
