Speech Connections is looking for the right behavior analyst! We are growing, and we are opening new clinics and expanding our services throughout the state!

We currently have locations in Pinehurst, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Raeford, Greensboro and surrounding areas.

Speech Connections is actively looking to add the right Behavior Analyst to our stellar Clinical Team! We have established long-term relationships with families and communities where you will be able to help shape and generalize the skills needed for clients to achieve functional independence in the most natural settings. Qualifications and Skills:

• One year minimum experience working with individuals with Autism preferred
• One year minimum experience supervising preferred
• Verbal and Written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information
• Communicate in a professional manner
• Possesses analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in a related field to behavior analysis or education, including; psychology, special education, child development, among others
• Preferred one-year experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy
