Job Description

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Building Automation Systems Technician.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and installs heating and air conditioning system controls and cabling under general supervision. Performs basic programming of controllers and monitors climate control system.
• Maintains building controls and control devices to ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment to create a comfortable environment.
• Maintains and provides for the safe condition and operation of other building automation systems and devices within the scope of duties.
• The position requires basic networking experience for BacNet, TCP/IP, Modbus, N2 and other applicable protocols.

Qualifications

• Building Automated System experience required
• Tridium N4 AX preferred or ability to get one after hire
• PM/HVAC/BAS/CMMS Analytics experience
• Experience working on Trane, Tridium, Negara, Distec, Johnson Controls Meta sys, Rover and Honeywell Building Automation System components and integration
• Electronic or equivalent job experience in the Controls industry
• Computer networking knowledge and skill
• HVAC and CFC Universal certifications required.
• Valid DL – Clean MVR
• Pass Background check
