Margaritaville Beach House is looking for a talented Bartender to join our team!

**500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days**

The responsibilities of a bartender include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

• Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks

• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Plan and present bar menu

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Qualifications:

• Must have bartending experience

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

• Be punctual and reliable

• Be a team player

• Excellent customer service skills

• Must be able to stand, bend and walk for long periods of time
