Role Summary:
Join our team as a Barista for the restaurants at Hotel Jerome, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by consistently creating coffee beverage orders, while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Flawlessly and consistently create coffee beverage orders
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
• Make/complete orders
• Serve to guests at tables when time permits
• Keep a clean station, polish glassware, restock service area, and support service team.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the cafe

Required Qualifications:

• Previous barista training or coffee shop experience.
• Prior experience in a luxury environment is a plus.
