Job Summary and Qualifications

Independently manages all front and back office operations in the bariatric clinic. Answer phones, greet all customers and facilitate appropriate communication/action. Prepare and maintain organized patient records and facilitate patient correspondence. Handle incoming and outgoing referrals and assist with sending correspondence back to referring offices to ensure continuity of care. Assist with clinical care of the patient during appointments including, but not limited to, documenting vital signs, reason for visit, review and input patient’s medical/surgical history into the EMR. Assist with and facilitate patient progress throughout the bariatric pathway to include both the surgical pathway & medical weight management pathway.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree
• Licensed Physical Therapy, or RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP), or Commission Dietetic Registration, or Registered Nurse, or Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT)

• No Travel Travel Required

• 2 years experience Required Years of Experience
