Job Summary

Our business is growing, and this position is opening to keep up with demand. We are not only looking for an Automotive Technician, we are looking for someone looking to become a valued member of the South Hills Lincoln Family.

Up to $5000 Signing Bonus

$25 - $35 per hour plus incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively assess customer needs to fix automotive problems or services needed.
• Repair vehicles in accordance with dealership and factory specifications.
• Communicate effectively with the adviser, so that they can relay the information correctly to the customer
• Maintain proficient Fix it right scores (Minimal/No comebacks)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ford Experience Preferred
• State and Emission License
• Highly Motivated Individual
