Job Description

The Receptionist/Operator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating work orders, closing work orders, making reservations by phone, filing, etc.. Requires good attendance, strong organizational skills, and must be a team player. The ability to learn how to process automotive sales transactions. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates. Computer literacy is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone inquiries and routes calls quickly and efficiently
• Completes any reports or logs
• Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
• Creates necessary documentation
• Provides administrative backup to various dealership departments as needed

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer experience preferred
