As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound sales calls in a call center-type environment
- Develop an understanding of all AT&T company products and services
- Follow-up on new leads and recommend complete solutions for customers
- Review, maintain and distribute marketing materials.
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments and fulfilling orders with warm leads
- Drive new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound efforts.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach and demeanor to be able to communicate and interact with key AT&T customers and AT&T upper management.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
We Are Seeking Candidates with The Following Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to come to the office.
- Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have reliable transportation
- Computer Proficiency
- Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment
- Desire to exceed customer expectations and have a passion for helping people
