RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source new leads for land acquistion in New England
- Qualify locations
- Work with Development team to evaluate and analyze deal economics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of New England land values, population growth areas, and zoning
- No experience or licensed required but laser focus online deal generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
