- Manage concession operations in absence of Food Services Manager.
- Supervise subordinate staff; including training and directing.
- Assist in scheduling and evaluating as needed.
- Serve as on-site observer, as needed, to maintain quality control of concession operations.
- Open and close registers and prepare daily paperwork.
- Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
- Ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Follow and support all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
