We are Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Company and looking to find a full time highly motivated Account Collector to become a part of our team! Our Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as an ability to work independently.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Direct contact with homeowners, insurance companies and adjusters Responsible for keeping an open line of communication with insurance companies/ adjusters and homeowners regarding loss.
• Follow up on overdue accounts with phone calls and written contact.
• Notify office MANAGER of problems and questionable accounts and receivable.
• Reviewing and sending claims related documentations to insurance companies and desk adjusters upon request
• Follow-up with insurance carriers regarding the status of claims.
• Negotiations with adjusters regarding the invoices for services performed, to collect funds for services provided. collect payments from insurance carriers and homeowners.
• Tracking payments
• Responsible for collections on unpaid or partially paid insurance claims.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Collection Experience
• Water restoration and property claims adjusting is a MUST
• Strong attention to detail, good follow-through, and organizational skills
• Xactimate is a MUST
• Computer, software, network, Knowledge
• Excellent time management skills
• Dependable and on time
• Can manage the Accounts Receivable and collections process
• Self Motivated
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently

Requirements:

• 2 years experience with Restoration
• 2 years collections
• Background check and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
