Find your purpose as an Application System Analyst Associate or Analyst with CentraCare! CentraCare is looking for a hardworking individual to join our Resolute Professional Billing Team. The successful candidate will be hired into an Application System Analyst Associate or Analyst position.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for on-going assessment, design, build, testing and support of our Epic System build as it pertains to Professional Resolute Billing. The analyst will know the workflows and functional use of the Epic modules and third-party applications they support. They will participate in new module or new application implementation build as well as upgrades. Must be able to work closely with other Resolute Professional and Hospital build team members as well as with billing staff from multiple locations. Knowledge in Single Business Office (SBO) functionality included customer service, collections and statements is a must. Remote work opportunities are available.

You will succeed in this role if you have experience in areas similar to these: Previous experience in a revenue cycle/business office role and/or general ledger knowledge/build in a finance role. Previous experience working in an Epic electronic medical record system is a plus. Past programming experience is desired but not a requirement.

What you’ll have:

Analyst Associate Requirements:

• One year post-secondary education in related field, bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of operational or related application experience.
• Application Certification or proficiency status required within 6 months of hire and within 3 attempts of certification/proficiency testing.
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software.

Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years related application build experience.
• Epic Certification: Core Software Application Certification or Proficiency required within 6 months of hire and within 3 attempts of testing.
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software.
