Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Two or more years of apartment leasing experience or at least two years of apartment management experience
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude
• Previous experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.

• Previous experience with rent collection practices

All offers will be pending drug and criminal background screening.
