The Administrator is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing all activities of the facility according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the organization.

• Responsible for patient safety, management of the environment of care, personnel, materials, and equipment, education of personnel and administrative duties.
• Responsible for the monthly financial reports. Identifies variances to budget and presents solutions to correct the variances.
• Responsible to the ASC Board of Managers and the Director OF Ambulatory Surgery for clinical and financial outcomes and for operational and cost-containment decisions.
• Oversees payroll, AR and AP functions.
• Assures that the facility meets all related local, state, federal, and accrediting body rules and regulations. Promotes a favorable image of the facility to physicians, patients, insurance companies, general public and maintains positive relationships with physicians.
• The Administrator will be responsible for the Trinity Surgery Center and Tampa Minimally Invasive Surgery Center.

• Education requirements include Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Related, Nursing, Business, or currently enrolled in BSN program to be completed within 36 months.
• Requires 3 years of Health Care management in a related field or 3 years in a related Business Field
• Experience in an ASC setting is highly preferred.
