Day in the life:

• Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians & community organizations.
• Cultivate relationships with new residents information and obtain the required information.
• Respond to inquiries and conduct facility tours.
• Communicate special needs of new admissions to staff to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree – RN
• 2+ years’ work experience in healthcare-related patient care.
• Knowledge of regulations governing Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
