The H.L. Turner Group Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a senior administrative assistant. We enjoy working on many different project types and providing solutions for our local and national clients, with the goal of exceeding their expectations. The individual will be located in our Concord, NH headquarters. This position could be either a full-time position or permanent part-time with benefits.

We seek an applicant with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills who is self-motivated, willing to advance their proficiency, able to work independently, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a pleasant and professional demeanor are a must.

Minimum Requirements:

· Education: Four-year Bachelor’s Degree
· 5 to 10 years in the administrative field

Experience and Skills:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Familiarity with AIA Documents® a plus

Responsibilities:

· Work with the administrative assistant to keep front office operations running smoothly.

· Ability to proofread and edit a variety of documents such as reports, specifications, applications, and company templates.

· Track insurance requirements and requests from clients, contractors, and vendors.

· Assist the marketing department with the review of written deliverables (proposals, press releases, etc.).

· Executive assistant supporting the Board of Directors.

· Coordinate all IT services and building-related issues with appropriate consultants and utilities.

· Provide phone coverage, UPS processing, and office assistant duties in the absence of the administrative assistant.
