Secure Arc Enterprises LLC, is urgently hiring for a part-time Administrative Assistant who has excellent organizational skills, a quick learner and most important someone who is proactive in all tasks. In this role you will assist with scheduling, on-boarding new hires , preliminary candidate screenings, and follow ups. We need an ambitious candidate and who can implement procedures, be effective in communication and meet aggressive deadlines. The ideal candidate would have experience in the Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, etc.), great at following detailed instructions and taking accountability to ensure tasks are complete. -Hybrid (Some office, some remote(if remote, you must have your own personal computer and access to the internet)
-$17 Hourly
-Part-time (min. 20hrs a week)

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riverdale, MD 20737: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
