The incumbent will Support Manager in admistrative and operational tasks as:
organization of business trips and preparation of expense reports
obtaining entry visas and drafting invitation letters
organization of internal and external meetings
Processing Purchase Requests and related administrative follow-up
commercial and administrative secretarial activities
support the Fleet&Mobility managers in activities relating to employees mobility:
support for company document management and interface with external archive
Skills requested:
Strongly oriented to of internal and external customerssati satisfaction
Attitude to Problem Solving
Excellent ability to build relationships with the hierarchy and with colleagues
This position requires a certain level of integrity, confidentiality, loyalty and trustworthiness as you will have access to SOLVAY’s most sensitive information or systems in the context of your mission.
